This soup is generally prepared by using leftover boiled beans. if you haven’t any leftover, per person cook about 100 gms. of white beans. Put them on the flame with little cold water, then little by little add hot water: salt only when the cooking time is nearly over. Drain the beans and put them in a pan where you should have previously prepared a sauce with oil, 2 cloves of garlic and canned tomatoes ( which must be added only after the garlic became golden). Leave the beans to flavour in this sauce with a tip of hot chili. Add hot water and leave the pasta to cook in it. Choose the quality of pasta which are kind of short big macaroni.
